Who we are

What this website collects

This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics or non-essential cookies, and does not store any form data itself. The contact form opens your own email application with the message pre-filled; nothing you type is sent to or kept by this website.

Our hosting provider ([HOSTING PROVIDER, e.g. Cloudflare Pages / GitHub Pages]) may process technical information such as IP address and browser type in server logs for security and operational purposes.

Information you send us

If you email us, we will hold your name, contact details and the content of your message for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and, where an engagement follows, delivering our services. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where applicable, performance of a contract.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 12 months] unless an engagement follows, in which case records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for [PERIOD] afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We use Microsoft 365 to run our email and store documents, which means Microsoft processes data on our behalf under its own terms. We do not share your information with anyone else unless required by law.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or erase your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). To exercise any of these rights, email hello@latchmanconsulting.co.uk.
